Made in fire, yet cool to the touch, these are handmade, durable, ceramic dice!
Specifically, they are high-fire Porcelain or mid-fire Stoneware. As part of the making process they are weighed, mould-pressed, cleaned and numbered by hand.
In order to make them they are fired in a kiln between 1204 – 1315 degrees Celsius. The firing process compresses and vitrifies the clay, shrinking the dice and making them quite durable.
They do not chip easily, like gemstone or semi-precious dice.
